Latitude 2015

About

This year’s theme at Latitude was ‘For richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health’ and so we created a poundshop of earthly delights exploring love, sex, illness, wealth, where we live and what we live for. Our tent, designed by Gary Campbell of Stoke Newington Airport, was split in two, with a rich entrance and a poor entrance, and was filled with intimate experiences and late-night noise.

Performances involved included Hunt & Darton’s Not So Great British Bake-Off, The Joe Wild Sex Tapes, Richard DeDomenici’s The Death of Social Housing, Christopher Brett Bailey’s blistering guitar piece This Machine Won’t Kill Fascists But It Might Get You Laid, a live musical set from the world’s worst punk band Figs in Wigs, Abigail Conway and Tania El Khoury’s FAF (Female Armed Forces), which had festivalgoers firing arrows across the woods, and the first Forest Fringe performances by Double Pussy Clit F*ck.
